These free cost books are available to all Quick Estimator users including trial users. Most are manufacturer specific. You can download as many as you want  Do you have a suggestion for a cost book or a manufacturer you would like to see added? Email us and let us know.

Click the cost book you want to download and save it on your computer. Open Quick Estimator and click the Import / Export menu at the top of the screen. Select Import Existing Quick Estimator Cost Book. Locate the cost book you downloaded and click the Import button. You can import as many cost books as you want  into the same data file. See the important notes below and also see the Quick Estimator user guide for more info.

NOTE! You must have Quick Estimator version 3.0.2 or later to use these cost books! Get the latest version here. If you have not yet upgraded to Quick Estimator 4.0 click here to purchase your upgrade.

NOTE! You should create a new blank data file and import the cost books into it first before importing them in to your working data file. This will give you a chance to look at the items and make sure you want them in your data file.

NOTE! None of these cost books have item costs. You will need to enter costs for your location. All cost books only include material items unless noted otherwise.

Due to problems with some browsers not recognizing the .cbf file extension we have changed them to .zip . Once they are downloaded you will need to change the extension back to .cfb so that Quick Estimator will recognize them as cost book files.
