You can now easily copy your customers, projects and cost book items from Quick Estimator™ 2005 to QuickBooks®. You can also copy an estimate to QuickBooks® as an estimate or as an invoice.This feature requires QuickBooks® Pro or Premier 2003 or greater - US or Canadian versions. This is a one-way link which means you can only copy information from Quick Estimator™ 2005 to QuickBooks® but not the other way around.
In order to use this link you must check the Use QuickBooks® Link check box on the General section on the Setup / Defaults screen.
You must have an income account named sales in your QuickBooks® company file in order to copy cost book items from Quick Estimator™ 2005.
This feature will not work with versions of QuickBooks® prior to 2003
This feature will only work with the Canadian and US versions of QuickBooks®
