If you have not activated Quick Estimator™ 2005, the following screen will be displayed each time you open it.
The amount of days left before you must activate is displayed at the top. If you want to run it as trial click the Use Trial button. The trial has no restrictions. You can purchase it at any time even if your trial has expired. See the contact info above or click the Purchase On-line Now link.
If you have purchased the program and have received your Activation Code, enter it in the space provided and click the Activate button.
If you have purchased the program but have not received your Activation Code yet, please forward the Registration Number along with your name to Fitz Solutions Inc. See contact details above. Once you receive your Activate Code enter it in the space provided and click the Activate button.
If your trial has expired but you have not had a chance to use it, you may request another 30 days by contacting Fitz Solutions Inc. You will need to provide the Registration Number. If your request is granted you will receive a special Activation Code. Enter this code in the space provided and click the Reset button. This option is only available if the trial period has expired.
If you try to use Quick Estimator™ 2005 beyond the 30 days the only options available will be to activate or to reset.
If you purchased the Lite version and have acyivated it you can upgrade to the full version at any time. Once you have purchased the upgrade, just click the File menu and click Activation. This will display the Activation screen. Enter the new activation code you received and click the the Upgrade button.
If you have purchased a new computer or just want to move it to another computer, click the File menu and click Activation. This will display the activation screen.
Click the Move button and enter the Registration Number from the other computer in the field that appears at the bottom, then click the Deactivate button. This will display the Activation Code for the other computer and convert this one back to a 30 day trial.
If you want to deactivate the copy on this computer, click the Deactivate button. This will convert it back to a 30 day trial. You will be asked to confirm that you want to do this. If you click yes a proof of removal code will be displayed. You may need to produce this to confirm that you have deactivated it.
