Customer Letters

| First enter a title for the letter in the Title field. This is just to help distinguish letters, it will not be part of the letter.

| Select a date for the Date field. The current date is entered for you by default. This is just the creation date of the letter and it will not be part of the letter.

| The header section of the letter which includes the customer name, address and salutation will be filled in for you by Quick Estimator 2005. Click the Format Header link to format the text. This will open the screen shown below, which will let you change font, size and color etc.

| Choose the font settings you want for the header section of the letter. Click the OK button when done. Click the Cancel button to cancel any changes you made.

| You can enter the text for the body of the letter before adding any recipients. You can click the Options button and select Edit In Word Processor to open the text in a small word processor where you can format it. See the image below.

| Select the customer screen the Customer drop-down list. You can optionally select a project and or an estimate to reference in the letter.
