Customer Notes / Call Log

The Customer Notes / Call Log screen allows you to enter unlimited notes or phone call logs for each customer. This is a great way to keep a history of your correspondence with your customers. This screen can only be opened from the Customers screen.



You enter new items on the last line with the button next to it. If you list is long you may have to scroll down to see this line. The date and time will be entered for you.

To delete a note click the button.
