The Customize Estimate screen allows you to control what gets printed on an estimate. It is divided into five sections representing the five categories.
Simply uncheck any items you do not want your customer to see. Check it again to show it. You can also use the All check box above each section to check or uncheck all items within a section.
Items are color coded so you can easily tell whether the items are individual, part of an assembly, part of a super assembly, non cost book items or note items.
All the settings you make on this screen are saved with the estimate so if you want to print the same estimate again, the settings will be the same.
