You can view and report any errors that occurred using the screen shown below. This makes it easy for you to submit errors without you having to remember what the error message was. This also helps us because we have the correct information to help us track down what caused the error. This screen is accessed from the Help menu on the top toolbar.
Use the Browse drop-down list to browse through the errors. To submit an error, click the Report Error button. The screen will expand to what is shown below.
There are spaces to enter your name, contact information and any notes about what you were doing when the error happened. We will need to information to contact you about the problem or to request more information.
When you are ready click the Send Report button. This will display the screen below. This screen checks to make sure you are connected to the internet.
This screen is from a seperate program and not from the main Quick Estimator 2005 program so that is why it looks a little different.
Click the Send Error Report to send the error. This feature does not use your email service to send the error information. Click the Cancel button if you do not want to send the error report.
