Estimate Archive

The Estimate Archive screen displays all estimates you have archived and allows you to restore them. This screen can only be opened from the Archives menu on the Tool Bar at the top of the screen.



To restore an estimate simply check the Restore check box beside the estimate you want to restore. You can restore multiple estimates at on time.

If you try to restore a estimate which belongs to a project that is archived, the following message will be displayed.



Click Yes to restore the project and the estimate. Click No to not restore the project. This will uncheck the Restore check box for that estimate and it will not be restored.

If you try to restore a estimate which belongs to a customer that is archived, the following message will be displayed.



Click Yes to restore the customer and the estimate and the project the estimate belongs to. Click No to not restore the customer. This will uncheck the Restore check box for that estimate and it will not be restored.
