Faxing Reports

If you have a fax modem and fax software installed in your computer, you can fax any report directly from the Quick Estimator™ 2005. Estimates and Customer Letters have a Fax option available. These are the most likely reports you would need to fax. To use this you must choose your Fax software on the Setup / Defaults screen.

Clicking the Print button and select Fax on the Estimate Print Options screen or the Customer Letters screen will launch your fax software ready for you to fill in the required information and send.

You can still fax reports that do not have a Fax option. To do this, you must select Print on any print options screen. This will open the report and bring up the print dialog box.



From the Name drop-down list you need to select your fax driver instead of a printer. The name of the fax driver will depend on the fax software you have installed. Next click Print, your fax software will open and walk you through the process of sending the fax.
