Main Screen

The Main Screen is used to navigate and display information. Use the Menu Bar on the left to navigate through the program.



When the Main Screen is opened the Home page is shown. Your company name is displayed at the top.

The seven most recent customers, projects, and estimates will be displayed. You can double-click a customer, project or estimate to view it. You can also add a new customer, project or estimate by clicking the appropriate button under each list.

If you have the Full version you will also see the following:

The seven most recent invoice will be shown. This applies to the built-in invoicing only and not QuickBooks® invoicing. You can double click and invoice to open the payments screen for that invoice.

You can also view up to seven upcoming scheduled projects. You can double-click a project to open the Project Schedule screen, from where you can edit the schedule for that project.

The current days To-Do List items are also shown. Double-click and item to view or edit the details. Click the Add New To-Do Item button to add a new To-Do List item.

To return to the Home page at any time, just click the Home button at the top of the screen.

To view the help file, click the Help button at the top of the screen.

To close Quick Estimator™ 2005, click the Close button at the top of the screen.
