Clicking Miscellaneous
onestep Photo Gallery on the Menu Bar will display the Photo Gallery. The Photo Gallery allows you to store photos of your projects or work. You could use it to store before and after pictures or just to create an album of your work.

Use the Browse All
list to browse through your photos by clicking on the photo name.

Clicking the Options
button will display the drop-down menu shown below.

To add a new photo, select Add New Photo
. This will open a screen where you can insert new photos.

Select View Slide Show
to view an automated slide show of all your photos using the Photo Slide Show screen shown below.

Select Browse By Tag
to view your photos grouped by tag. Select again to browse all.

Select Edit Current Photo
to edit the photo.

Select Delete Current Photo
to delete a photo.

Click the Print
button to print one or more photos. See the Printing Photos topic to learn more about printing photos.

The Photo Slide Show screen shown below lets you view all your photos

You can click the Stop button to stop the slide and then use the VCR like buttons to move back or forward through your photos. Click again to resume the slide show. Click the Close button to return to the Photo Gallery.  

do-it Adding A New Photo

This screen allows you to add and edit photos and photo information in the photo gallery.

First enter a title for the photo, then click the Locate Photo button. This will open the file selection window from where you can locate the photo you want to add. The best format is JPEG or GIF but you can also use BMP files. For best results you should size the photos so they are not too much larger than the display area on the Photo Gallery on the Main Screen. Once you have selected a file, enter any notes about the photo.  

When you add a new photo it is saved in the data file. Even if you delete or move the original photo file, the photo will remain in the photo gallery.  

Optionally select a project that the photo belongs to from the Project drop-down list. If a project has photos linked to it, you can click Options and select Photos on the Projects screen to just view photos for that project using the Project Photos screen.  

You can also apply one or more tags to the photo. Tags are like categories you can use to group your photos. Each photo can have multiple tags. Click the editlistbutton button to open the Photo Tag List shown below where you can view, edit or add new tags.

You enter new items on the last line with the star button next to it. If you list is long you may have to scroll down to see this line.  

To delete an tag click the xbutton button next to the tag you want to delete.
