Enter the title you want for the invoice in the Invoice Page Title

drop-down list. The name of the reports will explain their layout. Click the reportinfobutton button to view a longer description of the selected report.

Check the Hide Quantities
check box to hide all the quantities.

Check the Hide Line Item Notes
to hide line item notes.

Check the Print Images
check box to print images for items that you have entered images for in the Cost Book screen.

Check the Hide Taxes
check box to hide taxes on the estimate. The total price will still include any taxes there are in the invoice, just the amount of tax will not be shown.

Check the Hide Page Header
check box if you do not want your company information or logo printed at the top of the page. This might be the case if you are printing on letter headed paper. If you are not using letter headed paper there will be a blank space at the top of each page.

Check the Hide Page Footer
check box if you do not want any information such as estimate title, company name and page numbers printed at the bottom of the page. This might be the case if you are printing on letter headed paper that already has something printed at the bottom of the page. If you are not using letter headed paper there will be a blank space at the bottom of each page.

Some of the reports allow you to customize them further by choosing what items to print. If a report can be customized, a Customize
button will appear. Click this button to open the Customize Invoice screen. Because this screen is identical to the Customized Estimate screen, see the Customizing An Estimate Before Printing topic to learn more.

Click the Print
button and select Preview to view the invoice on screen before printing.

Select Print to send the invoice straight to the printer.

Select Email to email the invoice. This requires that you have installed the PDFMailer software and have select it in the Setup / Defaults section. See the Emailing Reports topic to learn more.

Select Fax to fax the invoice. This requires that you have fax software installed and have select it in the Setup / Defaults section. See the Faxing Reports topic to learn more. If you have checked the Show Images box, it will be unchecked when you click Fax. This is because images will not look good when faxed.

You can print customer statements form the Customer Print Options screen which you can open from the Customers screen or the Printing Centre.
