The Employee List Print Options screen allows you to print one or more employees. If you open this screen from the Employees screen, the current employee on the Employees screen will already be selected for printing. You can also open this screen from the Printing Centre.
To print more employees, click the employee you want to print in the Available list or click Select All to print all employees. To remove an employee from the Selected list, just click that employee.
Choose the report you want from the Select Report drop-down list. Click the
button to view a longer description of the selected report.
You can choose to include custom fields by checking the Show Custom Fields check box.
Click the Print button and select Preview to view the report on screen or select Print to send the report straight to the printer.
