The Productivity Analysis screen shows production rates for all labor items that you have linked to material items. See the Cost Book to see how to setup linked Labor items. This information is extracted from job tracking information that you enter. Hence if you do not enter accurate job tracking information, the productivity analysis information will not be accurate.

The screen calculates the average quantity of material installed per man-hour and the average amount of labor per material unit. You can view the data either by Complete History By Labor Item
, Complete History By Project, Complete History By Project Type or Complete History By Foreman by selecting the appropriate option at the bottom of the screen.

All your labor items must use man-hours as a unit. All material items that are linked to the same labor item must use the same unit.

You can use this information to help you calculate how long it will take to install a particular material. The longer you use the program the more accurate the information will be.

Click the Print
