The Time Chart screen shows your busy and free time for a give day. This is a 24 hour chart with the top row being AM and the bottom row being PM. Time blocks are in half hour increments.
Free or available time is shown in green and busy time is shown in red. One task could be made up of one or more red squares depending on the length of time allocated to it. Click any red square will highlight all the squares belonging to that task in yellow. The description of the task will also be displayed below the chart.
If you are scheduling tasks for more than one person and you have assigned tasks to employees using the Assigned To field on the To-Do List screen, then you can choose to only view task for a particular employee by selecting them from the Assigned To drop-down list.
