You can use the File menu to open the Activation screen, switch data files, Backup Data Files or Restore Data Files.
You can use the Edit menu to undo changes to records, cut, copy and paste.

There are also options to import / export customers, suppliers and cost book items from / to spreadsheets. You can use The Archives menu to view and restore archived customers, projects, estimates and cost book items.

The VCR like arrow buttons can be used to scroll through records on various forms.
Click the Quick Search button will open the Quick Search screen where you can search you data file.
