Warranties on the Menu Bar will display a list of warranties, which you can assign to each of your estimates. This lets you use different wording for your warranty for different estimates. This is useful if you do maintenance work and installations. You can set which warranty is to be used as the default on the Setup / Defaults screen.
You can view the text for each warranty by clicking the Options button and selecting View Warranty Text. Select it again to hide the text.
To add a new warranty, click the Options button and select Add New Warranty.
Double-click a row to open the Warranty List screen where you can view or edit the list.
Use this screen to enter a list of warranties.
Use the Browse drop-down list to browse through your warranties. You can also search for a warranty by typing a warranty name in the Browse drop-down list. As you type the list will filter out the closest matches. Keep typing until you find the one you want. Hit the Enter key to move to that warranty.
Click the New button to add a new warranty. Enter a name for the warranty in the Warranty Name field and then enter the warranty text in the Warranty Text field.
Click the Delete button to delete a warranty.
