| In the Customers Copies section select the report you want from the Select Report drop-down list. The name of the reports will explain their layout. Click the |

| Check the Hide Quantities check box to hide all the quantities.
|

| Check the Hide Line Item Notes to hide line item notes.
|
|
|
| Check the Print Images check box to print images for items that you have entered images for in the Cost Book screen.
|
|
|
| Check the Print Item Codes check box to print item codes for each item in the estimate.
|

| Check the Hide Taxes check box to hide taxes on the estimate. The total price will still include any taxes there are in the estimate, just the amount of tax will not be shown.

|
| Check the Hide Page Header check box if you do not want your company information or logo printed at the top of the page. This might be the case if you are printing on letter headed paper. If you are not using letter headed paper there will be a blank space at the top of each page.

| Check the Hide Page Footer check box if you do not want any information such as estimate title, company name and page numbers printed at the bottom of the page. This might be the case if you are printing on letter headed paper that already has something printed at the bottom of the page. If you are not using letter headed paper there will be a blank space at the bottom of each page.

| If you choose one of the assembly layouts a Hide Assembly Notes check box will be visible. Check this box if you do not want any assembly notes printed on the estimate.

| Some of the reports allow you to customize them further by choosing what items to print. If a report can be customized, a Customize button will appear. Click this button to open the Customize Estimate screen. See the Customizing An Estimate Before Printing topic to learn more.

| Click the Print button and select Preview to view the estimate on screen before printing.

| Select Print to send the estimate straight to the printer.

| Select Email to email the estimate. This requires that you have installed the PDFMailer software and have select it in the Setup / Defaults section. See the Emailing Reports topic to learn more.

| Select Fax to fax the estimate. This requires that you have fax software installed and have select it in the Setup / Defaults section. See the Faxing Reports topic to learn more. If you have checked the Show Images box, it will be unchecked when you click Fax. This is because images will not look good when faxed.

| If you select one of the purchase order reports, a button labeled Edit Purchase Order Numbers & Notes will become visible. Click this button to enter PO numbers and notes for each supplier used in the estimate. See the Editing Purchase Order Information topic. Also a drop-down list labeled Supplier will become visible. This will allow you to select a supplier used in the estimate to only print a purchase order for that supplier. This would be necessary if you want to email or fax the purchase order.
