Clicking To-Do List on the Setup / Defaults screen will display a list of options you can set for the To-Do List as shown in the image below.
Simply check or uncheck the boxes as required. If you do not want Quick Estimator™ 2005 to create any To-Do List items for you, uncheck all the boxes.
