Clicking Setup / Tools
User Information on the Menu Bar will display the User Information screen where you can enter your company information. Enter as much information as required. Some of this information will automatically be included, and/or printed, on reports.
You can modify, update, or change the information on this screen at any time.
Enter your company or business name and address, as you want it to appear on all printed reports, forms, etc. You can format the Name filed font by clicking the Set Name Font button. This will let you set the font, font size, bold, italic and font color. This format will be used to display your company name on screen and on all printed reports.

You must select a country from the Country drop-down list if you want to use the mapping and directions functions.
The Custom Field can be used for any other information you need to store and display. The contents of this field will be printed on all printouts and reports. Example uses are for licence numbers or tax registration numbers. You can combine two pieces of information if you need like what is shown in the screen image above.
You can insert your company logo, which will then be printed on certain reports. To insert your logo, click on the Insert Logo button. Your logo must be in BMP, JPG or GIF format and must be available on your computer or network.
You can choose to have your logo displayed at it's actual size or you can have it sized to fit within the space provided. If your logo is considerably bigger than the space provide you should use your favorite graphics program to resize it. Likewise if it is much smaller than the space provide you should resize it first. This will prevent it from looking fuzzy when Quick Estimator 2005 resize's it
Click the Delete Logo button to remove the logo.
